Austin PSD club specifics

OK it seems we have enough of us interested to take up a couple of booths at Mr. Gatti's so let's tray and nail down a few important items.

1. When? Let's pick a day and time. (Preferable out 10-14 days to allow everyone time to respond and make arrangments to be there)

2. Where? Let's pick a location that works for everyone and has ample parking for our trucks so we don't end up with door dings!

3. We should check with the owner of where ever we choose to be sure it's OK that we "invade". (I'll offer to do this unless somebody has a connection)

So if everyone could answer these two questions perhaps we can get this thing moving.

Re: Austin PSD club specifics

I thought "The Brick Oven" at Lakeline Mall would be a good location because of the large amount of parking that is usually available off from the close in "hopper parking" and allowing us to give each of our "abies" elbow room. Also they have a pretty active security patrol to keep an eye on things. (Doesn't hurt that I live pretty close either)

As far as a date I would like to do something during the week since it would be less crowded. A Monday or Thursday would be best for me but I'm flexible. Say Aug. 15th around 6:30pm?

Re: Austin PSD club specifics

Of the two weeknights you list, Monday would be better for me. Thursday equals at least two softball commitments, so I couldn't make
it if Thursday is determined to be a date-certain.

BTW, the 15th is a Tuesday night. Tuesdays are also bad here, for the same reason as Thursdays.

Re: Austin PSD club specifics

Wed-Fri are the only days/nights I can make it (that's when I'm off work).
Location is not that important, so long as we can drink a few cold ones without anyone getting upset, AND I don't have to drive to South Dallas in rush hour traffic!

Michelle - did you get your liner yet?

See yall there...
