Fall Brawl 2005....."Never Let The Enemy Pick The Battle Site"...

Thats right its time for the games to begin again.....
"Fall Brawl 2005..... “Never Let The Enemy Pick The Battle Site.”

The Mason-Dixon TDC would like to extend our invitation to all who desire to participate in this great end of the year show. This is our annual 2 day dyno competition which hosts some of the finest examples of diesel powered Trucks from all over the country. We also have a covered dish cookout for those who would like to bring their favorite food along to share with the whole group.

The Dates.....Saturday & Sunday October 15-16-Rain Or Shine
The Place......Kauffman Motorsports
901 Range End Road
Dillsburg,PA 17019
(717)502-8880
The Cost.......$70 for 3 spins with HP/TQ readings.

Remember stack equipped owners we would like you to drop your flex pipes is possible or allow us to some way vent the soot outside. Also we would like the dually owners to drop their outside tires off which allows us to move trucks in and out more efficently.Tools will be provided by Kauffmans to accomplish this and all we ask is to put them away when finished. The shop is also available for those who have last minute goodies to do or install and all they ask is that you dyno sometime that weekend. We did a great job at the spring show with the extra work and it showed when we were done, which we recieved many thanks for our proffessionalism.

As the time goes on from now out Doug and I will be dropping in with which vendors step in and join us.We are looking for a few diesel oriented shops who desire to be vendors for the weekends activities.I will list the competition classes as soon as Doug and I go over them. You will notice that we have moved this one weekend later so we didn't go head to head with the EEP Charity Pull in Ohio on the 7th.This will accomodate those who would have liked to go to both and couldn't last year, plus allow the charities a better chance to benefit from move.

Lets hear from you out there with food and if your going to join us.This show draws over 150 trucks for the weekends activities and there is always something there for everyone.............Andy

Re: Fall Brawl 2005....."Never Let The Enemy Pick The Battle Site"...

I would like to see ALOT more Fords there this year. This is always an outstanding event - last year we had at least 150 trucks.

Re: Fall Brawl 2005....."Never Let The Enemy Pick The Battle Site"...

Ok guy's..........Here is the deal

Here are the classes for Fall Brawl 2005!

Stock....
This class is limited as in the years past to the following mods, air intakes and aftermarket exhausts.NOTHING ELSE!.I am going to try and figure a way to make all the years competitive with each other as the newer common rail injection trucks have way more HP than the older rides. Those caught with other unapproved mods in this class will forfeit any chance of winning anything. Please be honest owners, this is a fun show and I'd like to keep it that way.

#2 Only.....
This is EXACTLY as it means,Highest HP on diesel only.No Nitrous,Propane,Meth injection,Misters and no fuel other than diesel. We will check at random the trucks rolling in this class for illegal equipment,so lets be honest guys and gals.Twins, aftermarket chargers fueling boxes and injectors are legal in this class.A owner who is drug equipped may DISCONNECT and/or REMOVE ALL Drugs to compete in this class.

Run What Ya Brung...
This is the "Don't Bring A Knife To A Gunfight Class".
Any fuel, charger configuration any amount of drugs can be used here. The only rule here is the HOOD MUST close and latch tightly. This is for safety reasons as we have seen the aftermath of a head-gasket explosion with the hood open.

Couple of things also here to remind everyone...
-If you use or work in the shop to do more mods we ask kindly that you dyno either day.Ernie gives us the run of the shop and all his tools and all he asks if those who do work dyno and I support that idea.
-Also,ALL HOODS WILL BE CLOSED during the dyno runs for safety reasons and the only personnel other than the Kauffman crew and I that is allowed is the trucks owner, again safety here folks.
-We ask that you don't stand directly behind the dyno door while a roll is in progress as any flying object will hurt and possibly injure you.

Anyone looking for an Awesome time, Diesel Head comrodery, good food, plenty of Vendors and a chance to see some of the most powerfull trucks in the country, you need to make this show!!!!!!!!!

Re: Fall Brawl 2005....."Never Let The Enemy Pick The Battle Site"...

Unless something changes i will be there....not competing for any high HP numbers...i cant afford to play that way however i do plan to dyno just for fun

Re: Fall Brawl 2005....."Never Let The Enemy Pick The Battle Site"...

So what would have to be done to get Mr. BBunting there I won't be able to make it, but would sure like to see the results with Brian there. I would have to say that if both Greg and Brian are there the powerstroke should be pretty well represented. Too bad MattB doesn't have his 'toy' finished (as far as I know).

Well anyways it sounds like this is going to be one event.

Re: Fall Brawl 2005....."Never Let The Enemy Pick The Battle Site"...

I was at the event they had last month. Great bunch of people. Greg didn't dyno his truck though. He was plating with the twin propane injection system on the "Tim Allen" grill. Keith
