If there isn't more interest I can fit all these trucks at my newly acquired house on 5 acres just south of Belleville & West of New Boston near Waltz.

The house needs a total remodel...I'll supply the paint brushes, rollers & beer. Please remove all items from the bed of your truck. This was a probate sale and I need to clean it out.

Or we can have an unofficial one in Bay City @ Hooter's.

We'll continue to allow posts about the Texoma and Southeast Rally in this forum, because they've been here "forever". But this is the wrong forum. We're supposed to discuss '99-up PSDs here. So all future rallys and get-togethers should be posted in the Other forum.

I'd like to attend one in southern Michigan. Maybe someday have one here in Indy. That would be especially good if we could get a group tour of the Navistar plant where the PSD's are made. Very interesting tour. Most folks wouldn't get as excited as I do about the foundry though.

Some of my folks live in Clifton Forge, VA and that is nine hours of dogging it from here.

Mid-September looks pretty good here too.

I started this thread and would love to meet everyone. But, I can't do it alone. My new born will be 2 months old then and I will be busy remodeling our new home.

I will have the wife inquire with the dealer owner and see if they have any interest in being a sponsor...don't hold your breath. If not I am pretty sure Varsity Ford in Ann Arbor would love to get involved. I will also see what it takes to get permission to use Ford WHQ parking lot, if enough people will drive to Dearborn. Or...we can find a outdoor facility to incorporate camping, etc.

Or.....Who would like to hold this at Milan Dragway? I do have access through a good friend that coordinates track rental for the Shelby Club. We could grudge race our Super Duties, have a Grand Prize for low E.T., best R.T., etc. It would really be a great place for the chip companies to show a before & after.
Maybe my cousin will bring out his 7.90 second Pinto sponsored by the Landing Strip(very popular adult entertainment place in metro Detroit) and do exhibition runs. There is a campground and decent lodging near by, as well as resturants, etc. Milan is very close to the Ohio border and right off U.S. 23 for you Tri-City Michigan area guys. www.milandragway.com

If three people (that means two more) can step up and help we can delegate jobs and start getting ideas. I will also go around my neighborhood to the 50+ Super Duties I see in a 2 mile square and leave flyers if this becomes a real thing. My wife can also recruit customers that come in to buy SD's.

Im in on the Milan dragway idea. I haven't been there since high school. i few votes should settle the location issue. September seems so far away though. Once a location is settled, count me in for help.
