Midwest Street Diesel Drag Racing Series Opening Dates April 19th & 26th

First and second drag race dates on back to back weekends!

That’s right folks! After a brutal winter, after sitting in front of your computers watching the results come in from warmer weather places, it is time! RACE TIME! Get off the couch and fire up your diesel car or truck and come and have some fun! Remember these are bracket style races where speed is not the determining factor in who wins. The winner is the most consistent racer. There are incentives for going fast, and you look cooler doing it, but you can take home the cash and be the slowest one there.

It is time to get all the club members out for an event. Let’s see how much smack talk you have in person.

Cost to race is only $37.00, thanks to our great sponsors!

First round buy-back is available for $40.00. If you messed up and want to try again simply buy your way back into the running (only available after the first round). Buy-back money will be used towards a year end party!

Race Payouts:

Winner = $500

Second Place = $250
Semi Finalists = $125 each

Fastest E/T = $100 (during elimination round)

Best Reaction Time = $100 (during elimination round)

These are both Saturday events where the gates open for us at 3:00 PM. That gives everyone a chance to sleep in and still travel. Be there early to get the cobwebs and rust worked out. We start the eliminations at 6:00 PM and there is no guarantee of getting a practice round in.

Our first race was a big hit. Two Excursions met in the finals! Fords did well for sure. Come on out this Saturday and have fun with us. The weather is looking cool, but dry. The gates open at 3:00 for practice runs and the elimination rounds start at 6:00. See the first post for more info.
