Texas Dyno Day?

Is anyone interested in possibly having a dyno day or some kind of truck meet somewhere in Texas? (kinda like the northern guys are always talking about!)

I have been reading these posts for awhile and I would like to see some of yalls trucks to get more ideas for my truck!

If anyone lives in Texas reply back and we'll see just how many of us Texans are on the diesel stop!

- only the VIN tag, cab, and approx 9' of frame are
original
- it's been retired twice ('99 Powerstroke & '04
Cummins), both quit forcing the '84 back into daily
use!

Bowedup

What part of Texas are you in?
The reason I ask, Houston Area Power Strokes.com (HAPS) and North Texas Power Strokes.com (NTxPSA) each have there own event once a month and Central Texas Ford Diesels.net (CTFD) in Austin/San Antonio meet every few months.

Re: Texas Dyno Day?

As Brad said, there are three groups in Texas. Our group, the NTxPSA is doing a dyno day in May in Lewisville, TX.

Re: Texas Dyno Day?

When is the dyno day/get-together in Lewisville?

Do yall (Houston Area Powerstrokes and NorthEast Texas Powerstroke) have any members with trucks other than Powerstrokes (IDI's?, IDI turbos?)?

If so, I would be interested in becoming a member and attending events!

Thanks for the reply!

Re: Texas Dyno Day?

I hope you meet the requirements, bowedup. They are pretty strict!!
Must posses the ability to want to meet new people...to have fun...to laugh a lot...be an American by choice...you know the usual!! Think you can handle that?? And don't forget to check out the Texoma threads in this section also. It will be the weekend of April 30 thru May 2. That one is a blast!! There will be folks there from all over the United States attending.
