Re: Where to get a dyno?

Are you thinking of a mobile Dyno???? I dont even know if there is such a thing. I do know it would be a really good attraction and money maker at one of these event though
I would have definately paid a resonable price to dyno my truck not to mention just enjoying watching some of "big boys" crank them up Chuck

Re: Where to get a dyno?

Actually, I am wanting to start a business here in San Antonio and thought it might be a good one to look into. There are so many people here with those goofy imports with the rocket mufflers that would want to run their funny little cars to see it has the same HP as my Huffy, but hey, if they want to pay... I think it would be cool to have a Dyno day here in SA since there are not too many places in SA that have em. I do think it would be really cool if they were portable, but I am sure that is not easy if even feasable.

Re: Where to get a dyno?

Portable dynos are real common. I have a friend that has one. The only problem is that you can't dyno long wheel base vehicles on it. Froget about the rice-rockets dynoing their cars. They never want to put up the $$$ to see a dyno sheet that doesn't pass 100hp.
