I think we are going with the MBRP Exhaust on our 2004 F250 -- now we have to decide between the 4" or 5" turbo back with cat. Pro's and con's please. . .

If you are building a sled puller then wait on the exhaust. 5" is kinda big for a stock motor with no real benifit over the 4" stuff. Exhaust mods help EGTs primarly with little gains in HP/TQ.
What do you have planned for future mods?

Some stock stuff, some modded stuff, some deleted stuff.....
Yea, I went with 4" duals. Up here in Canada the stainless is a must cause they salt roads like a mother. Plus as said before, there is no benefit from 5" due to 3.5" dp on both systems. The 304 stainless stuff has a lifetime warranty whereas the alumidized I believe is like 3 years

4" is all you really need, 5" is overkill, but it does look and sound cool. Most of our customers go with the 4" stainless because it comes with a lifetime warranty. If you plan on keeping the truck a while, this is a good way to go. The 5" kit does not effect the turbo much due to it still having a 3.5" down-pipe.
