Mine usually takes around 3.5 minutes. I have an 03.
Question...when changing custom tunes, do you always have to go back to stock? I always go back to stock and then change...I don't think that is always necessary is it? Thanks

With SP Diesels new SIe SIIe you can change tunes in .01 seconds. No messing around with upload and download. Just click a button. Oh yeah built in gauges too.
Also don't be afraid to stack this on top of your SCT, because you can use our unit to detune the SCT to lower power levels if you want.

Can you try and explain the SIIE a little better. i think I have it down but want it make sure. If I got it I would measure oil psi and fuel psi. I can do that right? even though I am running an SCT. What if I had my SCT on my Looney tune, or extreme or whatever of my biggest tunes(I have a racing tune from every compnay almost) and Itried to increase power with your box. would that put to much timing in it and cause problems? I just want to know what you have tested it on with the sct and if it made if run any better?

The fuel pressure in the 6.0 and 7.3L is a function of HPOP. So in the case of the Ford you can get a real time readout of the HPOP Pressure. THe fuel Pressure function is for Dodge and Chevy where the fuel pump directly pressurizes the fuel on the rail.
So HPOP is the key reading for the Fords, since they use High Pressure Oil Unit Injection.

Good thing you told him about the SIe SIIe since he asked about his SCT....
*** would you want to stack your product so you can "detune" for?? I can detune it with my right foot or if I really want to I can take my 300.00 seconds and put in a lower HP tune.

My Xcal2 takes at least 5 minutes - wonder why we have so much difference in load times.

I think it depends on a few factors: 1st, the year of the truck. 2nd, the strategy, and last, whether it is a standard program from SCT, or a custom one. Each of these can theoretically affect processing time. I am not sure why some are a minute and others are 5 min, but its really not a big deal either way.
