Re: AIC install on an 03 6.0?

search on here, the wires are there, you can add a switch that will take the Rpm's to 1200 when you turn the switch on. Its was first started on here by a member named Skweeker

Re: AIC install on an 03 6.0?

AFAIK, the AIC will work on any PSD prior to the 2005 models.

Re: AIC install on an 03 6.0?

Yes, you can use an AIC from a 7.3 on your '03 6.0. The wiring harness for a factory AIC is already there. It is hidden behind the removable panel under your steering wheel. The plug in where the AIC harness attaches to the factory harness is alongside the steering column and facing toward the firewall. It's literally a minute install.

Re: AIC install on an 03 6.0?

It doesn't work on my 03 Excursion, unfortunately. The plugs are not the same. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Lane
