air filter change out 6.0

I was wondering how often to change the air filter on a 2006 6.0 liter they are right expensive

I'd have to double check but 30K seems to be what I remember. It's a tough filter but follow the intervals.

I don't remember for sure, but the 6.0 has a filter minder on the housing. If it does, I would change the filter according to it. I would think 50K would be about right under somewhat normal conditions.

My truck doesn't see a lot of dusty conditions. Having said that, I've changed it twice since new........now at 110k miles. To add, it didn't need it, the filter minder hadn't budged. Only changed for piece of mind!
