If you haven't already, check out the videos on my site. They came out very good on the sound side. Click HERE and scroll to the bottom. The files are in MPEG1 format, so any Windows Media Player should play them.

Re: Anyone have a DPPI turbo back in Albuquerque, NM area

I have been to your website and heard your sound clips, I like the turbo whistle. What I want to hear is what it sounds like riding in the truck at highway speeds. How much resonance in the cab at that speed? The thing that bugs me the most is that sorry excuse for a downpipe. Thanks for the feedback and posting those sound clips. I would also be installing the system on an '03 Excursion, and may wait for the direct replacement from DPPI instead of modifying a sytem built for the SuperDuty.

Re: Anyone have a DPPI turbo back in Albuquerque, NM area

Deezel,

The only tiem I ever have anything near a resonance is when it's being lugged at approx 50 MPH, it's not really a resonance it's more like a deep tone becasue of lugging the engine. The stock system did it as well just at a slightly lower volume etc. To be realistic I don't think you could record it as you drive, it wouldn't be loud enough to record.
