I have had my 6.0 for a week now, it has a Quadzilla module w(switch), just wandering if exhaust would help and which is the best... Also whats the best lift for about 3.5 to 4.5 inches of lift, mine already has the 2.5 and I want more do to the 315 BFGs rubbing a little on tight turns. Thanks for any assistance...Also new to this site, great site but some of the troubles others are having is a little unnerving....
"Best" is quite subjective, but as far as exhaust goes, DPPI is hard to beat. They offer 3 different materials, single and dual tailpipe configurations, all mandrel bent tubing, muffler delete pipes (single only), etc. They pretty much cover what just about anyone would want from a diesel exhaust system.
As for lift kits, I loved my Edge 4.5" lift from Donahoe Racing. The parts were VERY well constructed...much sturdier than some of the other components I had seen.
You'll get alot of varying responses when you ask "what's best" questions on this board. I'm leaning towards the DPP exhaust for my '04. Banks also seems to generate alot of talk here, but there are quite a few others that would work. As far as lifts goes, I asked the same Q when my '04 was 2 weeks old and I went with the Edge 4.5" lift. I got the optional trac bar, front dual shock hoops with Bilsteins, rear block kit, and carrier bearing drop kit. I'm running 315-70-R17 BFG's with no rubbing. Plan to replace ( or cut off) the upper trac bar bolt as it will hit the diff cover under hard compression. The truck now sits level, rides better than stock, although definately firm when empty, and real nice when loaded down. It's pricey but saved $$ by installing it myself. Not too difficult but air tools will be a big plus, as will metric sockets, serious jacks, etc... Explorer Pro Comp was the other kit I looked at but it didn't seem to have the strength I wanted...

You might also consider Magnaflow or MBRP for exhaust.
MBRP offers single and dual kits in 409 and 304 stainless. Their systems for the 6.0 also have the flange to retain the cat or a 'test pipe' to eliminate it.
