i am thinking that you are looking to do the same things that i did to my truck -- see my sig below...
reason i went with gears is because i tow a very heavy toyhauler. gears will get you near stock and that is important for shifting points for the tranny. you could always add a SCT that can be custom tuned for the new gears too, that will give you some more HP and torque. i would recommend either eric or tadd, as they both have some great tunes.
if you are not towing, then i would reconsider running 4.56s. if you do alot of freeway driving, then your RPMs will run you about 2200 at 70/75 mph -- and that means lots of fuel... so, if you feel the need to re-gear, then consider 4.30s.
