I had my egr cooler go when my 06 was stock... it was like 3 weeks after i bought it that i noticed the problem... anyways, i have heard of oil coolers goin soon after egr coolers aswell, but if i were in your situation just take it to the dealer and see if they will do the egr delete labor under warranty, and they can check and see if anything else has gone as a result of your egr cooler goin bad...

The oil cooler may well have caused the EGR cooler to go out.... Certainly, it should be checked during the repair process.....

Highly unlikely, considering the HUGE fine they would have to pay if caught....

I just had my 05 F-250 Harley in the shop for the same problem, loosing coolant. Ford replaced the EGR Cooler, EGR valve, Oil Cooler and the coolant overflow bottle and cap.

Truck had just turned 70K miles.
