Mother nature did a bombing run with golf ball sized hail last month and it did a number on my hood. I have been looking at this hood for sometime with lust [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] and was wondering if anyone has purchased one from them. If so what are your thoughts on it.

A friend of mine has the hood. Although he didn't purchase it from TS it is still a great looking and built hood. Fits perfect and is on my list of things to do. It is sharp looking. My 04 is in the shop now getting the new 05 front grill/lights/bumper. I am thinking the hood is next.
TS are good people. I don't think you would have a problem getting anything from them. JMO.
I have a cowl hood and love it. didn't get it from TS... i can tell you where to get it significantly cheaper. The one TS sells is made by Reflexxion, i believe, and that's the one i have. PM for more if you want, or just poke around on the internet.... they are out there.

Purchased one from Dennis first of the year for my friends truck. Dennis and the folks at TS are good people and as with every item I have purchased from them, the hood is great!! Took a little while to get the hood due to them being out of stock, but I now am saving to get myself one!! hc

Man, that hood is awesome! Is there a kit or something to pick up air for the intake from it? The purpose of the original cowl induction was just for that, as that area is a high pressure area and would force air into the scoop and into the intake!

It is hard for me to say. I was in a crash and it took out pretty much all pieces needed for 05 look. I would say that you are going to be near 2k if you are replaceing everything including lights. I have not had to pay a dime. The other party is footing the bill for my new look [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smokin.gif[/img] When I get my truck back monday. I will post the price breakdown and parts.

Code3, do you have the cowl hood on that '05 already? I have an 05 250 CC coming in next week or week after but all the Reflexxion hoods I saw were only listed to work on these trucks up to the 2002 year model.
Anyone know where to get this cowl hood for the 05?
