edge juicer

I installed this tuner about 5 months ago and it works great on
flat ground, the minute you pull a load or a grade the check engine
light appears. The same code comes up every time, (underboost).
Recently change fuel filters at 28k recommend by edge tech support,
thought that solved the problem but when I got on the freeway that
had an uphill grade and ask for a little more than needed the light
came on again, truck was empty no extra weight. I usally always run
it on the number 3 program unless I am pulling a load. This tuner has
the 5 adjustments. Has anyone ran in to this simular problem.
