Well I have had this thing for 3yrs LOL.. .I had originally bought it for my 02 and It never even made it on to my 04.Anyways it made a Huge difference in Throttle responce and smoothness of The overall engine operation. The Idle is smooth as glass, and The engine has a nice even combustion sound No fuel knocks or anything. Not that it sounded Bad before the Install But it is much quieter and The go pedal is very responsive and snappy LOL.. Power is excellent sotp feeling is a Very noticeable difference.Went on a 500 mile round trip last weekend.Average speed was about 72-75 mph. and The AC blasting on full.average mpg was 21.8-22.0 from the dash.Started off with a full tank about 3inches below the cap.Fueled up when I got home and Hand calculated was 20.9 so the Lie o meter is pretty close. before the install Highway mpg was about 18.5 to 19 The tk only has 3200 miles on it so it should get better yet.So it was well worth the Money spent imho.Only other mod is a 4" cat back exhaust.I am getting around 16 mpg around town if I drive it civil. The Installation is very easy. The only problem was with the Feed line from the Airdog to the OEM pump. The 7.3's fueline is 1/4 pushlock and The 6.0's is 3/8's but if you were to order one for a 6.0 powerd tk you should get the right one.
What exactly does it do? And does it really work? I'm not getting anywhere near that kind of mileage. If this could improve my mileage, I'd be very interested.
Regards,
Tom

[/ QUOTE ]On both of my 6.0's I have gotten IMO good milage.Like i said if I drive it civil around town its High 15's and occasion 16.But I like the power and the sound of the exhaust so it usally high 14's to 15 most of the time.My 04 got a consitent 20-20.9 empty Highway keeping it under 80 only mods was a 4''Turbo back system and Catless.Towing was usually 9-10 range with a Tandem 18 ft trailer with a Large Toolbox on the front loaded to the gills with crap and a small backhoe total around 5500 lbs.I know plenty of people getting milage figures with 6.0's in the 20-22 range empty on the Highway a couple have Tuners and exhaust but the majoritie of them just have a Exhaust and thats it .Get much over 2200 rpm and It starts dropping significantly.
