Fumoto Valve

I am going to order a fumoto valve and I was looking at their website and they offer one with a nipple. Should I order one with the nipple or not? Would it make it stick out too far or should I not worry about it? Is there any other safety measures I can take when I get the Valve? Thanks,

Re: Fumoto Valve

I like the nipple on the valve. You can use a hose to direct the oil into your container. I drain the oil into a gas can and can change it anywhere without making a mess. Unless you do off roading clearances should not be an issue. Order the safety snap ring. It prevents the valve from opening on its own.
