Question Help with super tuner set-up

I just had a superchip tuner installed , exhaust upgrade and the AIRAID system upgrade. The truck run great on the highway and their is a increase in fuel mileage.
The only problem I am experience is when I come off hard from a stand still, the truck goes up against the rev limiter due to the truck not shifting and cause the truck to fall over.
Have anyone experienced this problem after installing a super tuner.
