Unhappy injector upgrades...how big???

Hey I got a 06 F-350 sw crewcab auto. it has a 6inch lift and 35s
it has a 4in exhaust and banks air filter and six gun tuner....
what happened is I drove it a little to hard on the insanity and blew my head gaskets and ford says my injectors are shot too.
so I'm planing to rebiuld it even better.... bigger injectors, head gaskets with studs, Egr mods and larger fuel pump....
I'd like to add a turbo sometime in the future so the question is how large of injectors can I put now without adding a turbo? I'd like to make about 600hp eventually. any thoughts on this?
I"m planing to get most of this stuff a river city diesel.

biggest injectors are most likely 180cc.. then backing the fuel off the fuel. 150cc are better but will still giver some high egts
are you running a banks tuner or custome tunes? to make 600 hp i would think at leat a 190cc injectors but with that you looking at a minimum of a 64mm turbo and a upgraded fuel system. i wont swear that will make 600 rwhp though probably pretty close though. trying to make that kind of power is going to kill any towing ability though unless you can find a good compound setup

yes I'm planing to put a larger fuel system in right away and right now i'm thinking the airdog FP150 would be good.... does anyone have one of these?

with the injectors what I went with a 205 mm but kept the stock turbo what would happen? is there a way I can turn down the injectors with the programer? then when I got the turbo it would be perfect.... I'm be all set to make big power....

I'm just running banks tunes now... I haven't changed anything or downloaded anything different on it yet. I have the PDA version so I have all the gauges i need right there.

Ditch the Banks so you can use the SCT to flow those injectors. Injectors over 190cc should be run with an upgraded turbo to flow properly.
