The installation is as easy as it looks. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif[/img] The hardest part was cutting the heater hose [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/shocked.gif[/img] and inserting the 'T' fitting. The kit from DieselSite was well made and instructions were accurate. Figure about an hour, probably less.

You will lose a little coolant when you cut the heater hose. I just used a disposable aluminum bake pan that's flimsy. It caught the coolant and no mess on the motor.

The yellow is wiring for the water temp sensor. I have an Auto Meter temp gauge on the pillar.
