4 inch rancho lift
magnaflow turbo back exhaust
superchip
westin front bumper
kc roll bar
lots of kc lights
aem hd intake
getting rdy to put stacks on it do head studs and stack chips
basicly i wanna get some ideas for things to do next (without gettin into a ton of engine work) im holding out on the turbo until i get my headstuds and injectors
also does anyone know about doing a propane system that is a bleeder rather than a shot)
whoa....propane= bad idea. there are a few that swear by propane and alot that swear at it. next, stacking chips is stupid. if the super chips tuner is not giving you the power you want stacking isnt going to accomplish a thing. it is time to look into custom tuning with a tuner like the phalanx from spartan, the sct xcal3, of the gryphoon from power hungry performance. the sct is the most common and with the right tune they will get every drop of fuel those injectors can spray and work the turbo to make it run. along with the sct tuning comes the tranny tuning that will make the tranny last a little longer. the stock tranny should hold well over 650hp. a stock 6.0 on a correct dyno is lucky to see 420hp on tunes despite what people claim. the other benifit of the sct or any other tuner that i listed is getting the full benifit of your upgrades. ie turbos, injectors and such. last i did see that you mentioned gauges and they are fairly important on a stock truck and very important on a tuned truck. the bare basics would be a egt gauge.

Reason: ..................
kool man...very helpful...what im shootin for is to get a drag racin truck...im gettin rdy to buy an early 03 f250 for a dialy driver so i think im gunna try to do twin turbos and a propane shot system...
looked into sct and from what ive read it looks good but i think if i stacked it with a bully dog tripple dog it would run like a charm.
as for the trans i wanna try and get to 750 hp outta my truck (i know it would be tough but i think it would be a good goal)

That would be a big waste of money, and is just going to destroy stuff. Buy a SCT with Custom tunes and you'll be happy, don't waste your money on the dog

stacking chips does nothing for you! that is on a cummins. with the proper tuning there is nothing else to add tuner wise. now you can have the ficm bench tuned. i would also quit thinking about propane on a drag truck and start looking at n2o. you will make alot more power and if you are studded you should have no issues with the right tuning. n20 acts comepletely different in a diesel than gas. you cant really add tom much n2o. if you were to it would just stall out. stock injectors, sct tuning and n20 has gotten some into the high 12's in the 1/4

see my problem is ive never run nitro and i was worried about just killin the engine with it (but since u say alls i can do is stall it) then ill probly go with that...
now as ive done research ive heard some good stuff about water meth injection (idk of anyone that runs is so i have no first hand experiance)

I am going to just jump right out there and say it...
Unless your rich, I see much un-happieness in your future. You will be breaking many parts.

I have to agree.....
riddick01, no offense intended here but I would suggest you spend some time doing research on what really works and what doesn't because your first few posts in this thread indicate you haven't done any at all up to this point.... If you had, you would already know that propane is a mistake and stacking power adders is a worse one.
You can save yourself a lot of money and broken parts by spending some time on that research.

On a psd using wather/meth injection for power is a bad idea as well. At most use it as a small power increase. best use is for dropping egts.
