Is anyone able to share the fix code for this issue? I just got a live wire over the weekend and was able to update my firmware but keep getting error messages when trying to updat the latest tuner edition. When I plugged into my truck I got the vehicle not supported message and the code vxcf9n4. This is driving me crazy, I want to get my truck flashed ASAP.
