I've been running the "performance" tune for about three months. A few weeks ago my "Service engine soon indicator light" started to stay on after my truck had been started.
I reinstalled the stock program and the light went away, so I reinstalled the performance tune. I was fine for a week then the same light came on and stayed on. I ran the diagnostic and two codes showed up 01-P2263 and 02-P0603. I called SuperChips and they told me to call the dealer as they didn't know the codes.
Can any one help out? I'm now back to running the stock tune.

Unfortunatly when you call SC you don't usually get someone that knows much about the tuners.
Anyhow, P0603 is no big deal..It basicly means that the program was changed and it needs some time. It'll clear on it's own. People refer to it as the "battery disco" code becasue disco'ing the battery will do the same thing, because that does the same thing, causes it to "need more time". Normal.
The other one? ???? I'd say dealer time. I run HP tune also, and I mix driving hard and easy. Never seen that one. mine will make 32psi peak boost and I don't think that would be a problem. Oh, I tow with it in HP too.
Now that you've "disconnected the batteries to try to make the CEL go away" the dealer will know why it's throwing a P0603 and can concentrate on the other one.
