Programmer for 2003 6.0 Excursion - Diesel Forum

What Programmer do you all recommend for this vehicle? I had a 2000 7.3 and used the Hypertech programmer and was very pleased. I'm looking at the same one but for the 6.0. After the Ford dealer "upgraded" my computer it's a dog now and I constantyly have engine surging issues even after the dealer cleaned the EGR valve/sensor. I really would like to get 300,000 plus out of this truck with all the money I have in it but I don't feel to confident. It seems like every time I get in it something else is wrong with it. Today the gas gauge and A/C just stopped working. It's done it before but this is very frustrating. Today If I could sell it I would! Any advice would be greatly welcomed.
