SCT error codes

OK Guys,

I made the leap from my Edge system to a SCT X3. When I try to flash the truck I get an error that reads "Error 1019 Unlock ECM failed"
I checked the wire that I was told needed to have 18VDC on the OBDII port all the way to the PCM when the device attampts to " Unlock" the computer, all checks out good.

I just wondered if there was anything I could try before I send this thing in to get it checked. I want to be sure I'm not missing a possible problem with my truck.

Well I sent it in and they found no problems with the unit so I guess I'm back to troubleshooting. Has anyone else had this problem? Any Ford techs out there that could shed some light on this? I have all weekend to try to fix this thing, and it's driving me nuts!!!!!
