Are you asking if you can use a tuner to remove the OEM parameters(tune) and upload the tuners parameters(tune) into the PCM, and then replace tuner number 1's settings with yet another tuners settings?
I suppose you could, but you would end up with the last tuners "tunes". The first would just used as a trial run.

Don't stack on a 6.0...especially not on top of an SCT race tune.

Like Rich said, don't stack tuners on these trucks. Contrary to what you might think, stacking is not a "1+1=2" kind of deal. Powerwise, it's more like 1+1=1.25. Cylinder pressure wise, it's more like 1+1=6. With the cylinder pressures on the ragged edge with just one tuner, stacking a second is a sure fire way to find that truck in the shop needing extensive repairs....
