sct tuner problem

my dealer relashed my pcm after a repair and i had to get updated tunes from elite. well i guess you have to save them to your desktop (which i did and i can see them there) and then when the program prompts you to browse your computer to find the new tunes it doesnt show them as on the desktop. am i supposed to do this differently if i already have tunes on my sct and i'm trying to update it with new tunes? am i supposed to clear the tuner or something first? thanks for any help

What is the extension of the new tunes, CEF or LL3? I just went through this problem with some tunes from ID....

Do you have the absolute newest liveload software?
