SCT X3 Question

I recently purchased an SCT X3 from Innovative. I also purchased their Street, Extreme Street and Tow (w/ Jake Brake) tunes. When I attempt to transfer the Street tune from the computer into the X3 I get an error message that states "Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow". The Extreme Street and Tow tunes transfer ust fine.

Also, I currently have the Extreme Street loaded on the truck, do I need to go back to stock before loading the Tow tune or can I just go from one custom tune to another?

I sent these questions to Innovative but they are closed until 06Jul09.

Thanks!

Not sure about the error, have you tried SCT tech support? They will know what it is. As for the tune change, you should be able to go from one tune to the other without changing to stock in between. I've never had a problem doing it that way, correct me if I'm wrong...

Intriguing error message you got there. Try downloading the attachment from the email again. It's possible that a virus scan may have goofed the tune slightly.

Call SCT Tech Support. I have an idea, but I may need to VNC to your computer.
