Which tuners can calibrate speedometer

Looking to recalibrate speedo for my 35s and was looking at truspeed but for that price why not just get a tuner instead. It seems sct is the most popular on here. should I also get exhaust even if I am not towing or running it hard. I hear the bully dog PMT does it all and calculates the speedo thru the ecm. That is what I am looking for so it will change the shift points for the bigger tires

NONE OF THEM talk to the ABS module on the 6.0. The dealer or truspeed is the options

The Superchip 1850 will correct your speedo and has 4 different tunes. Weather it talks to the abs wasn't the question.
My Ford dealer wasn't able to correct for 315/70/17 which are about 34.5 inches and I switched to sct xcal 2 so I used a truespeed calibrator.
Simple install and it is wired inline before the abs.

I used my Superchips Flashpaq when I changed my tires.I checked it w/ my GPS and it was right on the money afterwards so it must have worked. It was a little off prior to adjusting.
