xcal2 wont scan codes

My tow haul light and engine light is on throwing these codes.Tranny seemed to go into neutral as well until i shut it off then i limped truck to town.These are the codes p0700 trans ctrl sys error.....p1000 monitor check not complete more driving required.....p0757 shift solenoid B stuck on.........p2701 trans friction element B apply time range/ref anybody have any insight to a fix with sensors mabye.Ford wont warrenty this at the town im at because I have larger than stock tires and its a 2000 dollar tow bill home.So id like to try and fix myself.Its on an 06 f-350.Codes were read with a flashpaq 1805 a xcalibrator2 showed no codes
