96 F350 WVO conversion

I am new to this site and was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a step by step manual on how to run a 96 F350 on wvo. I've heard there are folks using a method adapted from the Alaskan ice road truckers, I need a system set up for cold weather as well, ( northern Michigan ), does anyone have this info, or if you live in Mi., would you have interest in helping me with this conversion.

Also, I have noticed that on cold start ups I get alot of blue smoke out of the exhaust, only lasts a minute or so, any ideas?
Thanks
