any one making soap with their glycerine

Does anyone else make soap from their glycerine? We are making bars from our NaOH glycerine and liquid from a buddies KoH glycerine. I'm truely amazed at what this soap can do. I had a sweat shirt that I got oil on it while collecting. The wife washed it with ohter clothes and it made everything smell like veggie oil. She washed the whole load two more times and the smell was still there, She then put some liquid glycerine soap in and the smell was gone. We are now selling it to offset the cost of making the bio fuel.
Here is a link to a few pics.

soap making

Airfooter,

It is awesome stuff! We use if for so many things! We do not buy cleaners anymore for the kitchen and bathroom. We mix it 50/50 with water and put it in a spray bottle. I found a guy in Canada who came up with the recipes for making soap when everyone else was saying it could not be done! Shoot him an e-mail his name is Luc his e-mail is fuelit@b100Wh.com
The guide he sells is cheap but the e-mail support it worth a 1,000 times the price of the guide. The guide covers everything you could need. And he is always available via e-mail. It has really been a help to bring down the cost of making bio for us. We are at .91 cents to make bio and run it through the purolite. We sell the bars for 1.25-1.50 each we have several scents and a natural bar. Same with the liquid. The liquids works best made from KoH reacted glycerine and bars work best from NaOH reacted glycerine. I have a friend who reacts with KoH and I get his glycerine for liquid soap. E-mail me if you need some pics or help.

That is some of the coolest stuff I've ever seen. Wow. So now wait. If I start making my own biofuel, what do I do with the left over glycerin and water? How do you properly dispose of it? That is if I don't want to make soap.

glycerine disposal

Some waste treatment plants will take it even with the methanol in it.

I've used both the liquid, and bar soap evolutioncam makes. All I can say is the soap is awesome. The liquid cleans the glass cooktop like nothing else I've used. The bar soap flat out cleans the oil, and dirt from my hands, and doesn't dry them out. Keith

Does the wash water or the liquid soap clean good enough to wash the very clothes you used to make it? Most say they won't let their clothes, shoes, go near their own washer and dryer. How good is the stuff?

liquid soap

The liquid soap we make is great for washing bio clothes. I now don;t have stains on shirts and pants. I got splashed by a lid while collectong and I threw the shirt into the wash pile. The wife put itinto the wash with other clothes. They all smelled like veggie oil. She washed it two times and still smelled. We used about a table spoon and it took the odor right out. Clothes that get bio on them come out cleanand fresh. I have never stood on a soap box, No pun intended! But this stuff works! It is simple to make! And it offsets the cost of making bio!

Thumbs up

G'day all;

"Biodiesel Glycerine Soap" eBook was a labour of love brought about mainly due to people telling me I needed to put my experiences with making soap from the raw glycerine layer in a book.

"The Black Crown Biodiesel Glycerine Soap Business Plan" eBook was borne out of necessity to help those who found themselves with an overabundance of soaps to market their products in the hope of offsetting some of the costs of homebased biodiesel production.

Our personal experience here is three years on using our bar and liquid soaps for everything from shower soap for hair and body eliminating cosmetic soaps and shampoos.
In the kitchen our liquid soap has done away with dish washing liquid for the last two years. Same is true of the bathroom where the scrub we have developped is used to clean the tub-shower/toilet and sink. Delicates seem to especially appreciate the liquid soap, and a quick hand washing only takes about 5 minutes. Everything comes out smelling fresh.

We have saved over $500.00 per years in soap purchases that we no longer have to make. That is for only two of us, a family will see even greater savings.
Rather than throw away the raw by-product we have turned it around to be an asset that helps offset our costs.

Black Crown Biodiesel Glycerine Soaps is the web page I've set up where some additional information is available.
Photo testimonial pages: Black Crown Soap - Jason & Melissa and
Black Crown Soap - Jason & Melissa
show that it can be done. This isn't just theory, it is for real. If they can do it so can you.

Although evolutioncam gave fuelit at B100wh.com as my email (and it IS active) I prefer receiving soap inquiries at: soapinfo at blackcrownsoap.com

Thanks
Luc
