Anyone seen the BioPro units?

I first saw them in a Northern Tool catalog..here is the webpage:

http://www.agrenergy.com/agr/biopro190/biopro190

I know they are pricey but look so very simple to use.

Re: Anyone seen the BioPro units?

I haven't seen the unit itself but I"ve tested the fuel they produce - really high quality, from relatively 'bad' oil. Usually I'm really, really skeptical about products and was skeptical at first about this one, but they really seem to have done a great job from what everyone says.

Re: Anyone seen the BioPro units?

Nothing like anything Murphy makes. I have one and love it. 15 to 20 minutes hands on for 50 gallons of fuel that passes 27/3. More than willing to show it off to anyone in Lincoln area. I even have a spare one in my shed, the only Bio Pro dealer that stocks machines, no 6 week lead time.

Re: Anyone seen the BioPro units?

I want to point out that my unbiased observation is that the BioPro dealers seem to REALLY know their stuff- I think the company really cares about that unlike the plastic processor MLM's.

Go with Norman, he knows what he's doing.

Note: I'm not at all affiliated with Norman nor have I even met him in real life yet, I've just read some of his posts on Infopop and here.

Re: Anyone seen the BioPro units?

Thanks, GM. I appreciate the vote of confidence. We still need to get together on a class here in the Midwest, maybe next summer will be a little less crazy.

Also, to address the cost concern that many here seem to have, the Bio Pro machines are expensive. I run 50 to 60 thousand miles a year in my service business. I have had the machine for 9 months and have probably saved the cost of it over using dino fuel at $3.05 per gallon. It is not meant to be cost efficient to those running a daily driver. To those it is a convenience. I just got notice last week that I have 66 machines (coolers, not Bio Pro's) to install in Wally Worlds in Oklahoma and Missouri beginning the first week in November. I better get more fuel made, I am going to need it.

Re: Anyone seen the BioPro units?

Thats the line I m using too..I am a orthopedic sales rep and put 40-50k a year on my excursion..got my wife a f250 this year as well. I know I can use this and be more reliable than the hot water heater bio setup I use now. (time + money for sure)

Re: Anyone seen the BioPro units?

The BioPro is slicker than greased owl poop. Very very user friendly.

Bit on the spendy side though. I prefer to make my own equipment (of course I"m an engineer!).

Re: Anyone seen the BioPro units?

Too bad you misspelled 'there'. You should have used the possessive form of that word = their.
