I just went through my Diesel Power Mag and it covered the Diesel Power Competition. There was a guy getting 38mpg on his truck with propane. Anyone know where I can learn more about getting a system like this or more information on it? Anyone here using it? Opinions? Thanks guys.

rpmoutlet has the motoblue kit. It uses coolant to heat the propane, just to make sure it doesn't get into you truck while still liquid. Keep in mind you will be substituting diesel for propane, so your MPG calculations should take into consideration how many gallons of LP you use. That being said propane is currently cheaper than diesel!
The propane also acts as a catalyst so there is some increase in efficiency, meaning your MPG when accounting for both the propane and diesel used will be a little better than running diesel alone.

lpg and natural gas burn the same natural gas just needs to be filler at a different place idk where
they will act and preform the same no difference
lpg (propane) will go fast with a small tank but a larger tank will need less refueling so go with a large tank
and go with a professionaly made kit itll be easier in the long run

I have run the powershot system for quite awhile - actually I have not filled it for some time since the cost per mile does not go down significantly. If I were towing, there might be more of a benefit.
