average weekly amount for wvo?

hey guys its been a while... looking to get back into a f250 and run wvo, i have a pizza place and possibly 2 smaller mexican places (all private restaurants) that look promising to collect from. but i had some questions for you:

1: how often do you pick up?
2: how many gallons do you pick up?
3: how many places do you collect from?

I just want to get a feel for it because i would hate to tell the manager i can pick up every week, then not need wvo from all 3 places! thanks for the numbers guys!

Collect everything you can and stockpile it. If stored properly, VO has a pretty good shelf life. Diesel fuel isn't going to get cheaper, so enjoy the peace of mind of having an abundance of free fuel if you can.

I have a sushi place that gives me about 20 gallons every two weeks. I collect every 2 weeks. They pour into a 55 gallon drum for me. I also have a country club that does about half of that. I dont drive that much so its just enough for me.
