Bio Diesel Compatible Fuel Line

I just bought a fuel injector installation kit from NAPA part number 2-18447. The fuel line and O-rings are Viton and compatible with Bio-Diesel.

What size are the lines that run to the stock water separator on the fire wall? and what length will i need?
