A pill additive to gain mileage? Anybody have any experience with it?

All used to Tow 18' Doolittle Extreme flatbed trailer with '98 Jeep TJ with too much to list.
I enjoy modding my stuff but am done for a while!!! My wife cannot take it anymore!!!!!
