You sure can. Running biodiesel does not mean you have to alter any part of your vehicle. If you havent run biodiesel before, it will scrub your tank and push alot of that into your filter. So after running a tank or two change your fuel filter. Good running!

None that I can see unless it is cheaper. The mpg is usually a little less.

Mine runs smoother and quieter. Have not seen any difference in powerfeel or mileage.
I have lost about an average of 1.5 mpg at B40 and above. Below B20 the difference is too slight to be accurate.

If you scroll down and go to the Bio-Diesel section you will all the help you need. I can easily get B20, however my truck loses about 10% in fuel economy and the price of Bio Diesel is slightly higher. It's does run better and quieter on the Bio. Never did have a problem with fuel filters. I'd run it all the time if it was the same cost.

I worked for a Medical Gas company here and we had a E350 with a 7.3 in it for hauling liquid O2 to homebound patients. This van had 383K on it. Our driver decided to fill up with it one time and the van did run quieter and smoother. There was no noticable difference in mpg. At 383K the thing ran like a sewing machine with regular diesel. In fact it was the reason I bought my F250. I drove the van with the Bio in it and it felt ..say.. younger, healthier, and a bit stronger. It did'nt harm it in any way.
