de-aerating options? Tigerloop de-aerator?

Much has been posted earlier about Powerstroke 'cackle' caused by air in the fuel system. Has anybody looked into the Tigerloop made for oil-fired furnaces?

It has a max feed pressure of 8psi, but it sounds like that would be fine for one of the low psi Facet or Walbro boost pumps.

Re: de-aerating options? Tigerloop de-aerator?

Fordnut has experimented with some air removal systems, maybe he'll chime in.

I have yet to have any cackle issues with my 95 now that it's deadheaded, so I wonder if the air issue is more of a problem with air getting in do to fuel line and connection issues rather than a need to remove air afterwards. Other wise an inline fuel reservoir with a small return bleed at the top may remove air sufficiently.

What's the link to biodiesel or alt fuels? Maybe I'm missing something?
The whole cackle issue is up in the other forums...however, I did notice my truck doesn't is much less prone to the cackle noise with bio diesel...

Actually, it is for any fuel... I just came across this device in my search for better filtration of veggie.
