Different for B100? - Wendy's plans to use healthier cooking oil

Wendy's plans to use healthier cooking oil

Is this going to make a positive difference for us if we make our B100 with it?

WVO is WVO no matter how healthy it is. Any vegetable or animal fatty oil or solid can be transesterfied into biodiesel.

I'd be interested in doing a titration of the oil after they change it. Typically, fastfood places' oil titrates very high as they don't change it as often as say an asian restaurant.
