dilluting FFA by mixing oil stocks.

I have a great deal of storage capacity in several 250 gallon plus containers. I also have sources of oil that are somewhat high in FFA and some that are not. Would mixing these oil stocks effectivly dilute the ffa to a more usable oil stock? To date I have only collected oil, just over 400 gallons slowly being filtered by gravity. I have not yet mixed any oils but will very soon. Oil will be filtered to aprx 28 microm at this point before being processed into biodiesel.

Re: dilluting FFA by mixing oil stocks.

i wonder the same thing? will it have any effect or just make mixed oil? i collect from three places that save it different ways but i store it all in one tank 1000gal, i filter by grav. then pump the oil off the top into my tank, i'm going to filter it again with a pump and house filter before i make bio?
