I already had my system up and running when Jason started selling his. But, I appreciate how he has moved our market forward more than just about anybody and have bought a few items from him as I've made upgrades to my system. I want to support those who give more than they take... and that describes Jason.

You'll have to look far and wide to find someone who knows more about running the Powerstroke on WVO... and to find someone nicer and more committed to his customers. Jason is one of the "good people" of our market. They don't come any finer. And his system is likewise top quality. His stuff is well thought out and really good.

I feel DFA/Veggistroke is the best engineered system on the market. If I didn't have the time or background to engineer my own fuel system and wanted a complete set up ready to install, I'd look really long and hard at DFA/Veggiestroke. Expensive, but well thought out. And his customer service is second to none.

Great system.

I've had mine since late may 2008. I have almost 25k miles on it. I had one small issue and jason took care of it pronto.

Completely automatic system and seemless(Sp) operaation. All you haev to do is get the WVO and filter it before burning it.

The DFA system is the easiest system to install and operate. I have no problem having my wife and son use the truck without worring if they know what to do. They just leave it in the AUTO mode.

I've had my system for almost three years(V2). I run a 2002 F350 Crew Cab, Tymar intake, Walker BTM, and a DP Tuner that's always on 100 hp econ. This truck will burn the rubber off of the 295/75R/16 BFG A/T on Veg oil.

Jason can taylor the V3 system for you if you have any mods (injectors, turbo....) The FASS pump that came with my system puts out 90 - 100 psi.

Approximately 40000 miles on SVO. The system paid for itself. Not to mention all the accessories I can buy with the money I save.

Two important thing are to make sure you can secure a few sources of Oil, and you have a good filtering system.

I've heard oil is hard to come by in the lower 48, and some people are PAYING for WVO.

GOod Luck on your decision! Call Jason if you have any questions. He is always very helpful and his customer service is second to none!

Jason and James are the best guys out there and their customer service is second to none. I hooked them up with a company in Cali that makes an under the bed 40 gallon tank that they are getting ready to install in my truck. No space taken up in my bed! Fills in the rear wheel well. It's gonna be awesome!

Hey Vegas Diesel,

Any chance you can pass the tank mfg. info over to me? I've been thinking about doing the same thing. I'd actually like to regain my bed space back. I have a 2002 f350 crew srw. Hard to find a tank on an island!

Sure, they are Aero Tanks out in California. If you can't find them on the internet, I'll post a link. Someone else pm'd me about them too. If you want, we should get together and get a discount. I have already spoke to them and would be willing to ask them if you guys want. Check them out, and let me know. They should be willing to do something with me since I hooked them up with DFA

greatest system ever

I have a 2000 X with 18K miles on a V3 vegistroke,it is the best system for a ford period.VTVEGIPOWER on the forum have a 96 obs with V3,runs great. There are others but he is the only one local to me,if your gonna have the best diesel on the market PSD,why not the best system?I also have a CRD jeep converted to WVO,and the V3 on the ford makes the jeep jealous.Well worth the money, with great tech support, also very simplistic operation....................VEGI H (AKA GREASYX)

I put the system in last april and have been very pleased with it especially when diesel hit $5 a gallon. I drove to Mt hood from colorado for a ski trip and it cost me nearly nothing except for a fill up in Idaho at a guys garage. I can say with confidince that this system works very well. Was in jackson hole this winter with -15 temps and she ran just fine. my only regret was not getting the bigger tank. 52 gals is just not big enough for all of my trips. thanks to the guys DFA.

At my next oil change I will have logged 30K trouble free miles on WVO with the DFA system. Can't say enough good things about 'em!

Old School

RDS cargo area tank(I believe it was a retro fitted under deck tank, but it works great for me). I was one of the first,if not the first person to put a V3 (Vegistroke) in a Excursion,at the time they did not have there underbody tanks yet. This tank is flush to the third row seat when folded down, and I often forget its there.I built a shelf over it and I put a indian blanket folded over the shelf(it looks like a little bed for the dog,and she likes the warmth).I get real quick switch over times as well (fuel doesn't really ever get cold inside X.I think it is still a option, just not very popular.I love it living in NH with cold winters, and it keeps the back of the rig warm too............

2000 X

I got some info for you, my tank is a modified RDS #71804. I bought this thru DFA (Vegistroke). It was a 37 gallon, that is now 36 with all the plumbing in it.They also offer a Excursion tank for under body applications(30 or 40 gallon). Either go on the furom over there or call and talk to jason or james directly @ 1-866-369-5172. On a side note, with my tank I did have to downsize my spare, and drill a hole thru cabin under jack storage. On the underbody tank there is also some tricky install parameters. There prices are a little high ,but there quality is higher.I too own a 2000 X limited with the 7.3(green and tan) and wouldn't put any lesser quality unit in it...........
