At what temperature are you collecting the oil? When it's cooler out the oil will cloud up.
Remember too, that if there is shortening in there, it will cloud up too. Dont sweat shortening, as it's just another fatty oil that can be converted to biodiesel.
I'm sure that if you warm it up, it will clear and you might want to check for water content by warming a sample on your stove and watching for small steam bubbles.
