Jim,
We have it at our local ACE hardware store, I didnt use it this time. I used the white bottle of the Power Service, I looked at the Power service and the DSE side by side and they looked and smelled the same.

You should have stopped in and had a beer. I was right on your way at exit 147 on I-95

Hey Jim,

Thats all I used, but I did use a gallon for the 160 gallons of blend and I also used the DSE formula for rug, I think it was around 8 1\2 gallons of rug. I took extra filters just incase, but I was good to go, no water in the bowl of my Dahl or nothing. Thanks

Frank

Thanks Frank
The last month I was looking for something other than the DSE cause I cant see spending the money for it and the shipping. I have had great success since I started blending in our trucks as well as some of my diesel equipment.

Anyhow, Im glad your trip down this way went smooth with no problems. I think its cool you made that many gallons for one trip! My hats off to you.
As for the mileage, I definitely wouldnt complain with those #'s pullin that kind of weight! Outstanding IMO

thanks

...Heh Jim,

Purchasing the Fass pump, besides the Racor Nautilus Fuel filter assy is money well spent, IMO! I bought the Fass pump here:
FASS Veg Oil Adjustable Pump Combo. Their pricing is listed on their website.

The install was a breeze. Easy to mount as I purchased the specially made aluminum bracket that fit the Fass pump. As for the install, it is "in line" and replaces the OEM lift pump and filter assy. But, I kept the OEM lift pump assy where it was originally located and just capped the inlets and outlets, and left it there "just in case" of an emergency failure of the Fass (lol)

I went with this Veg specific Fass pump because I knew for a long time that the oem lift pump was marginal to begin with trying to pump a cold blend mix... So far, so good. I am happy!!
