Emissions/Connecticut/Blended Fuel

Went yesterday to emissions and was worried truck wouldn`t pass...My goal was to have the truck last summer as a 2nd car to use as a transport for my sushi gear out on Block Island in R.I. It lasted and it is still going strong, so I am taking her back on May 4th for another summer...
Well as usual I started out on reg diesel and switched to DSE blend and drove into the station smelling like fast food...I asked the guy if it was ok I was on "B-20"from the local station.I didn`t want to tell em I was running alot more...didn`t know if this throws up red flags...silly me...he said doesn`t matter...to my surprise the truck came up w/ a 0 reading out of 15...can`t tell you what those #`s mean but I think it tranlates to alot less polution.Any comments to what those #`s mean would be appreciated, Robert
