Has anyone had any problems running BD or UCO through the stock fuel filter? I've recently read that the cellulose filters swell up from using non dino products and don't allow any more fuel through. I'm really curious to know before I go off the dino path since I'm not finding a source of a non-cellulose filter for my 89 IDI.
i have not had any problems yet but have only used small amounts and not been more than 500 miles? UCO? you mean WVO? right?

Remember, we aren't eating this stuff, we're turning it into diesel fuel. Your truck only cares about viscosity, acidity, and BTUs. Nothing else. -unknown?

NC State law defines biodiesel as ''any fuel or mixture of fuels derived in whole or in part from agricultural products or animal fats or wastes from these products or fats.''
I've been pushing WVO through the stock filters for a litle over 16 months now and bio for almost 4 years, no problems except for a few plugged filters last winter.
