Fuel Filters

Has anyone had any problems running BD or UCO through the stock fuel filter? I've recently read that the cellulose filters swell up from using non dino products and don't allow any more fuel through. I'm really curious to know before I go off the dino path since I'm not finding a source of a non-cellulose filter for my 89 IDI.

Re: Fuel Filters

you might call it WVO but I prefer to call it Used Cooking Oil. Doesn't sound like something the EPA should regulate that way.

Re: Fuel Filters

Thanks, guess I won't worry too much about it getting plugged up but will get one or more to have on hand when something happens.
