fuel sending unit and WVO question

I was wondering if anybody out there has had problems with the fuel sending units in the factory tanks going out. I run a 2 tank system with seperate supply and return valves so I can controll cross contamination on purge, But I still get a very, very small amount of WVO in my diesel tank, and my guage is starting to act up like the sender is going out ( I keep the rear tank for diesel only, and the sender is fine) Just wondering if anybody has had this problem before.

Starting to act up? Does it seem to stick at over full all the way to the right on the fuel gauge? Mine has done that in the past but always corrects itself. You may want to blend in some biodiesel to your veggie tank. It will thin out the oil and MAY unstick a sticking float.
