Has anyone been running VWO for a while?

The idea looks interesting but appears to come with alot of warnings (don't run it cold, don't start the engine with it, try not to shut the engine down with it, maybe your injectors don't work well with it, maybe you need to change fuel filters more frequently, etc.). All of these things could be addressed if need be - just raises cost.

Wondering if anyone has been running it on a powerstroke for a year or more and a bunch of miles - how has the truck held up? Any of those bad things happen?

Yes there is check this thread out it’s very interesting. I’m hoping Jason will move it to this forum to keep the interest level up and easier to monitor the updates.
