This 120v 1000watt stick-on pad heater should handle colder climates.

I know i'm kinda bringing this back from the dead: but what about using a circulating coolant heater to heat the coolant,engine, tank & lines while the truck is plugged in? This seems like it could work.

Racor 777R Fuel Filter Heater

Found the Racor 777R coolant and electric heated filter and wanted to past the deal along as I bought one for my truck and one for my son's. It heats the fuel with anything you want, coolant or return fuel line heat with the built in heat exchanger for 50+ degrees of temp gain, also can use 120VAC, 12VDC or 24DC electric heaters, best heating filter Racor makes!

He just posted the last of them: Racor 777R
